Chasing competitors by gut feel usually means fixing the wrong thing. A real picture needs three layers at once: where the site is actually losing ground on its own queries, who outranks it there, and what makes their pages stronger — combining that by hand across dozens of queries isn't practical.
This skill pulls real positions from Webmaster, finds the catch-up zone — queries ranking but not high enough — identifies who outranks the site there, and examines their pages to build a single prioritized plan of what to fix and in what order.
What it does
Given the user's site (as added to Webmaster) and optionally one or two main competitors, the skill finds the catch-up zone from Webmaster data, confirms or identifies main competitors via search around those queries, examines two or three of their pages that outrank the user, and groups the gaps into content, structural, and snippet categories. It needs Yandex Webmaster connected under Integrations to pull the site's real ranking data the analysis is built from.
What you get
A full report saved as a document with a summary, a query-by-query gap table, a breakdown of each competitor's strengths, and a prioritized catch-up plan. The chat gets a short digest — the main competitor, the three biggest gaps, and the first action to take.
